The Great Ogeechee Music + Seafood Festival is proud to exhibit handcrafted arts and crafts, business booths, non-profit organizations and food vendors. All vendors are welcome to submit their application to be considered for the 25th Annual GOM+SF by May 17, 2024.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION:

WHEN: Friday, October 25 – Saturday, October 26, 2024
HOURS: Friday: 5PM - 11PM, Saturday: 10AM – 11PM

 

  • The GOM+SF reserves the right to remove items deemed inappropriate
  • All vendors are required to provide the committee with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with the Richmond Hill Bryan County Chamber listed as the policy holder for the days of the festival
  • All booths have access to electricity. Vendors are required to pay a $25 electricity fee
    All Vendors will have access to WIFI
  • We will have 3 ATM’s on property. Vendors are responsible for handling their own cash
  • The name and logo of the GOM+SF is registered and requires written consent to be used by anyone
  • 24-hour security
  • Additional wristbands will be available for purchase at $20 each

 

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • March 25, 2024 – Vendor Applications Open
  • May 17, 2024 – Vendor Application Deadline
  • May 17-31, 2024 – GOM+SF Application Review
  • May 31, 2024 – Applicants Notice of Acceptance Emails Sent
  • June 28, 2024 – Vendor Booth Payment & COI Submission Deadline
  • July 12, 2024 – Food Vendor & Food Truck Menu Submission Deadline

 

SET-UP

  • Vendor booths must be set up and open by 4PM on Friday, October 25, 2024
  • All Booths must be manned at all times
  • Vendors must attend mandatory meetings prior to the GOM+SF (Schedule to be announced at a later date)

 

TEAR DOWN:

  • Tear down will begin after the festival closes on Saturday, October 26, 2024
  • Booths must remain open until festival close
  • Food Trucks and Food Vendors will receive deposit checks upon check-out onsite

 

PARKING

  • Parking is limited. Vendors MUST have a parking pass to enter the park. Please check your vendor information for specifications on parking passes and trailers
  • Park ONLY in your designated spot
  • No vendor vehicles may move within the park until ALL festival goers have exited the park and the RHPD has granted permission

 

HOW TO APPLY AS A VENDOR:

  • To apply to become a vendor for GOM+SF, fill out the online application between March 25 – May 17, 2024
  • The application fee is $25
  • Applicants will be notified of their status via email by May 31, 2024. If accepted, vendors must submit additional forms, plus booth fees and COI’s to reserve their space at the GOM+SF
  • If you have never participated in the GOM+SF prior, email at least 5 images from previous festivals of your booth set up, and items to be sold to info@goseafoodfestival.com

 

Booth Pricing:

NON-PROFIT

$ 150
  • i.e. Small Non-profit Businesses, Churches, Veteran organizations, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Booster Clubs & other Civic Organizations
  • 10x10 booth space
  • 3 vendor wristbands
  • 1 parking pass
  • * We are here to serve and help our community. If the festival does well, and your area is left clean Non-Profits will receive their booth fee back

ARTS & CRAFTS

$250 - $325
  • 10 x 10 booth space: $250 (includes 3 vendor wristbands & 1 parking pass)
  • 10 x 20 booth space: $325 (includes 5 vendor wristbands & 2 parking passes)

BUSINESS VENDOR

$650 - $850
  • 10 x 10 booth space: $650 * (includes 3 vendor wristbands & 1 parking pass)
  • 10 x 20 booth space: $850 * (includes 5 vendor wristbands & 2 parking passes)
  • *Chamber members receive a $200 discount

PREMIUM BUSINESS

$ 1,050
  • 20 x 20 booth space
  • 6 vendor wristbands
  • 2 parking passes
  • *Chamber members receive a $200 discount

FOOD VENDOR

$ 750 - $1,000
  • 10 x 20 (half booth) space: $750 * (includes 5 vendor wristbands & 1 parking pass)
  • 20 x 20 (full booth) space: $1,000 * (includes 10 vendor wristbands & 2 parking passes)
  • Inside Pavilion
  • All Food Vendors must pay $25 Electric Fee, $100 Temporary Food License Fee, $150 Refundable Security Deposit after checkout in addition to booth fee.

FOOD TRUCKS

$ 1,050
  • 5 vendor wristbands
  • 1 parking pass
  • Space is based on the size of your truck/trailer
  • Food Trucks also have $25 Electric Fee and $150 Refundable Security Deposit in addition to booth fee. They must also be licensed in the State of Georgia.
  • *Chamber members receives a $200 discount
